Super cool project going on in NYC →
This project is called Play Me, I’m Yours. Check out this interview and be prepared to have some really cool (and potentially awful) music playing in parks within NYC. They rebuild broken down old pianos and refurbish them, and then put them into parks for anyone and everyone to play. Really cool stuff.

In all honesty, WBGO besides being one of my favorite radio stations (except when NPR takes over the news for a few hours) does an absolutely amazing job with their content on the internet. Gotta love Chris Dave. such an awesome drummer wish only a cymbal, a hi hat, bass drum, and snare drum. Plus a glass bottle of what I’m assuming is whisky or vodka. He’s also one of the nicest guys. A must see for every drummer. Gotta love the simple set up. Now THAT’S creative.

please check out the music of Pogo. Totally groovin electronic stuff. really interesting and creative uses of sampling and just a straight groove that everyone will want to dance to.
