“Bill Gates is super-smart, but Steve Jobs was super-ingenious. The primary distinction, I think, is the ability to apply creativity and aesthetic sensibilities to a challenge.” —The NYTimes

“Leaving school, however, also freed his curiosity to follow his interests. “I didn’t have a dorm room,” he said in his Stanford speech, “so I slept on the floor in friends’ rooms, I returned Coke bottles for the 5-cent deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the seven miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on.” —From the New York Times on Steve Jobs

Some Bjork! → npr.org

Though I haven’t spend that much time listening to this (because i’m fairly pre-occupied with the Feist album), but from what I have heard, this seems incredible.

Cue some INSANE vocal work, with some weird electronic backtracks. It’s incredibly Bjork, and it get’s my blessing. Listen to the whole thing at NPR.org (link is above!)

Cue my extremely large freakout. Along with being rabidly addicted to her music, my roommate just told me he did some production work on her secret show last night. WWWHHHAAAATTT?!
